Ratings and reviews

Frustrating experience trying to obtain member tickets, which is the only reason anyone needs the app. There's a bit that says 'Having trouble? Click on the Support button'. Support is only staffed during working hours. Problems relate to linking to Ticketmaster acct. The screen tells you to link the two, but there seems to be no way of doing this. There is very little troubleshooting info. Anyhow clearing cookies and reinstalling app solved it, but users shouldn't need to do this.

Serious bug, crashes without opening. clearing the cache doesn't help, only thing that does is uninstalling/re-installing, and I'm not going to do that every time I want to open the app.

This app is meant to be for members but it is in no way customer focused. I feel this is another attempt to funnel us into the Ticketmaster universe and the Ticketmaster universe is definitely not interested in the customer. I had already been considering cancelling my membership next year and this may push me over the edge.
