Crashes and freezes constantly. Can wait minutes or hours for messages to update on mobile after they arrive on desktop. Messages that fail to deliver linger in your chat forever until you restart completely

I have symphony app since 3 months, and it had been working fine until recently, but from the past few days, i am unable to access it, and the app fails to start everytime I open it. Please help me to fix this problem.

This software changes my presence status to "online" in sometime automatically whenever I choose to appear "out of office" to people. This has led to serious issues and is totally unacceptable.. I detest this software for this one reason.
