servers down since July 16. just bought a virtual number 3 days back woke up this morning in India and the login screen doesn't work. it just goes on in a loop. have dropped an email to support team, yet to hear. I am expecting some calls. please check if there is some issue. tried reinstalling as well. still doesn't work

purchased for voip us number, i have all support types no one was able to help. i puchased us pack with number and plan. i was able to call but i am unable to receive the call. my suggestion if you are giving a try cancel the automated payment once the first time is done. later if it works you can renew them manually. In this case they will not be able to charge the card at any case.

I canceled my subscription but they went ahead and charged my credit card claiming that my cancelation was with 48 hours before renewal date. They refused to refund my money and at the same time the line was not working due to an error on their system which they couldn't fix for almost 3 weeks! Eventually, they provided me with one month credit and asked me to subscribe to a new number. Removing a card card from the app requires steps that are intentionally confusing & not visible to common user
