The app doesn't work! The app hasn't rang in well over a week causing missed calls and lost revenue, there has been an ongoing issue with dropped calls for more than 90 days and there still seems to be no fix for either. The calls are not recorded like they said amongst several other things they sell you on. Customer support keeps sending me apple screenshots when I've said many times I have Andriod and sent screenshots of my phone and app with settings. They don't know how to fix the problem!

Service worked fine for around 6 months, but after the most recent app update the mobile app can no longer make or receive calls regardless of Cellular or Wifi connection, across multiple networks. After 3 hours of troubleshooting they said the issue was being escalated, which was a lie (stated on a recorded phone call). I am currently 5 1/2 hours in (and counting), mostly on hold, as they would not address the issue if I was not on the line, and only now it's being escalated. Use anyone else.

They lied about integrations. The app hangs most of the time on a brand new flagship android. Getting a real support person on the phone is impossible. I can't make or receive calls or texts. I've waited on hold for hours, several times and have yet to speak to anyone to solve the issue. It doesn't get any worse than Nextiva. My business is dead in the water because I trusted Nextiva. Do not make the same mistake.
