Very hard to use with Bluetooth as everytime the call connects to vm or someone answers or you get any kind of automated message it drops the Bluetooth connection and you have to change it back to Bluetooth by selecting phone then Bluetooth again and it ruins the call quality and ability to communicate with people. It has been an issue for months, and nothing has been done to fix it even with bringing up the issue on every option to rate call quality in the ap

The app keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth after 5 seconds. The app also still keeps ringing after a call is picked up on the wired phone. Follow up 07 19 24. Never heard back from anyone after a "generic" response, and now the new version's sms function removes the ability to clearly see who is who in the conversation thread. One person is usually on the left side, the other on the right, but no more. It still disconnects from car bluetooth in 10 seconds, which means no in-car calls.

Have to keep resetting the password because they keep logging me out and don't use fingerprint authentication in the app, and the app uses a different login URL from the main URL, so password managers don't recognize it. Also does the stupid screen off event as if you were in a phone call, but while the app is just open. Not even the active app, just sitting in the background, I have to use the phone at an odd angle so I don't trigger the light sensor.
