This is possibly the worst app I have ever used. it's so buggy. I'll be logged in with different Users on two of my work phones. if I answer on one sometimes the other phone will just keep ringing and I have to restart the phone. worse yet sometime I can't even answer calls. and If that wasn't bad enough sometimes the app fails to even send calls through but there is no way to tell when this happens. I have to log out and back in 3x a day to have some sense of confidence in it (which I have 0)

I absolutely would not use this if I was not stuck in a contract. Cannot make or receive calls from the app. Only thing it's good for is reading transcribed voicemails. You could actually use it for a phone calls at one point in time, but this is no longer the case and hasn't been for many many months. Why do I want my VOIP phone app if not to use it for a phone calls? Everything about working with Nextiva is a painful experience.

App barely works. There are constantly issues with loading, calls don't come through or only ring a couple of times before dropping, connection will randomly drop, calls are no longer dialing out, interface will become unresponsive in the middle of calls, app randomly crashes. Won't get notified of missed calls or voicemails until I manually refresh the screen. Nextiva please do better.
