the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

basically, really convenient app, but I need to reinstall it now once in a month to get the transfers working: the design is updated = broken transfers, reinstallation fixes it, but this is not really convenient to do once a month. plus this needs to restore the password, which sometimes the app will not let do it, and just keeps iterating "to try later"

Overall the app is good. But few months ago it started to prohibit taking screenshots. It's really inconvenient as sometimes you need to send proof of transaction. Yes, I know that receipt can be downloaded, but it takes much time for this button to apper. update: the issue was fixed.
