the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

As soon as you login, the app pastes from your clipboard. This is a ridiculous security violation and intrusion into my privacy and a good reason to close my account. Also it's impossible to paste an IBAN to transfer money, it's always in an incorrect format somehow.

The app can't be updated/installed on Android since version 8.8.0 (8 August update).
