Takealot messed up my order and won't fix it. I placed an order to have delivered to my fiance. They sent the wrong items, and upon returning the incorrect items, instead of shipping the correct items as they promised, they credited my account for only 1 of the 3 items. 3 weeks later and multiple attempts to contact them and they are ignoring my emails and keeping my money. Takealot will steal your money and give you nothing in return. If they fix this I will edit my review.

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery! I've had nothing but great experiences with Takealot! The website is easy to use, the product range is impressive, and the prices are often better than in-store. My order arrived earlier than expected, and the packaging was secure and professional. I also appreciated the real-time tracking updates — it gave me peace of mind knowing exactly where my parcel was. Everything I received was exactly as described and in perfect condition.

I've been shopping on Takealot for some years now and my overall experience has been exceptional. Their service has always been reliable, and I truly appreciate the quality and efficiency they usually deliver. However, my most recent orders had some mistakes, which was unusual compared to the excellent service I had been receiving before. I do hope this can be resolved.
