This worked well enough for me for years, and I even bought some of their in-app credits. But then I had to reinstall the app recently and was met with "This app version can't complete a security check" and couldn't sign in. When the usual troubleshooting steps didn't work, I reached out to customer support asking what I should do. They told me they "are unable to support [my] sign-in or sign-up request" and that I could not use their service. So much for my money and support over the years.

since the app was updated I can no longer log in! I've been a paying subscriber for 2 years and now I've lost the ability to use the number or even log in! UPDATE: I did contact support and they don't help. claim I did something, (what they can't say) to make me FLAGGED! all I did was get a new phone and install the app. that and the software update are the only two things that changed my ability to log in!

Oct. 2025 now I can't use this app. I'm logged out and receive an error message when I try to sign in. calls drop randomly, . I have had several people say they didn't receive text messages or phone calls even when it sent on my end. Also it doesn't always call out but it just rings to nowhere. When it works it's great but it's unreliable at least in android. When I use my iPad it is more reliable but still not great
