Nov. 2025. I was able to get the app to work but I can't make calls, the phone just rings to nowhere, forever. I can receive calls. and the help email is garbage Oct. 2025 now I can't use this app. I'm logged out and receive an error message when I try to sign in. calls drop randomly, . I have had several people say they didn't receive text messages or phone calls even when it sent on my end. Also it doesn't always call out but it just rings to nowhere.

Do not insalll, The app was good for 3 months until it all of a sudden began making me log in when im already logged in. The app isnt behaving securely and seems to be scraping for access to other data. Now its not letting me log in saying; my account is disabled for what? Reaching out to support does nothing; same issues same response. Seems they do this to obtain whatever personal info you text or transfer why do you think they have a 3.8🦹‍♀ / be leary of the Text Free app its doing the same.

This app is HORRIBLE!!!! Does not notify you of incoming calls (EVEN CONNECTED TO WIFI). It automatically logs you out of YOUR own account and won't let you back in even with your credentials! Contacted customer service through email and they were just as useless as their app. Messaging also sucks. You send a message and it'll send that same message 3 or 4 times back to back to the person. Will be deleting this app and my whole account.
