I've been using this app for years now and it's pretty good. I like the daily auto uploads as I would forget to back stuff up otherwise. A couple of issues I do have - 1. No capability to delete items from within the app. Due to auto uploads, I do unfortunately have a lot of photos/videos I don't want backed up that I hadn't yet deleted 2. No thumbnail on video files. I have no idea what the content of a video is, so have to download to find out. Fix and you have 5 stars! 🌟

Awful product. There's no way to automatically backup document files only photos and videos. You can create folders but can't move files between these folders. It has an outdated music playlist function (which I can't figure how to use), most people use music streaming services these days. File uploads one at a time?? Really basic stuff missing. I'm upset I was bamboozled into buying this and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. I will not be renewing. I've marked the date in my calendar.

Awful. Simply doesnt work. Just says its scanning for files, and calculating duration. It did once finish scanning and said it would take 11 days to back up, and attempted to do so at about 250kp/s....! i have superfast wifi, no such issues on any other device or app. My phone has about 300gb of data, not excessive these days. After a day, it failed having got through 7% of the files, and refused to restart. Its never got to actually backing up again, just "scanning". Waste of time and money.
