Asurion made me spend hours trying to find out why my brothers phone was sent back unrepaired, unusable after being held for two weeks. They told me he'd locked his phone, he didnt, google locked it, nope, told me they enterered a bad passcode too many times and reset his device, told me they'd refund my money, they didn't, instructions in mail, nope, instuctions on site, wrong; the list goes on. Unbelievable system for a business. Get Squaretrade by Allstate, an actual insurance company.

Worst insurance company ever. I did a claim for my note 20 ultra from u.s. cellular cause the screen died. They are out of stock so I have to wait. I asked them if they could just send me a S21 ultra instead. They said they cant. U.s. cellular doesnt have a problem with them doing that. The old insurance place u.s. cellular use to go thru would do it.
