Ratings and reviews

The human verification is glitched and goes into a boot loop after completing. It's impossible to make a new account or do anything that requires verification. It seems like this issue occurred after the newest update. AND NO! Reinstalling doesn't resolve the problem. I tested it on multiple devices. I have more than 1 TextNow account and know how to operate the app so this error, isn't on my end.

My contacts are saying they can BARELY HEAR ME this week, despite our volumes being full up! We tried hanging up and re-calling ea other to no avail! I've been using Textnow as my main phone # for years and rarely had any issues til now. Our connections are both good & we're not using earbuds either. My mic is good- I have no problem doing video/audio calls on Whatsapp or Messenger, So it's definitely THIS App. I tried restarting my phone & just Reinstalled this app. Pls help!!!

While the app itself functions fine it has a feature where you will get ads that have instant install buttons that are very clearly placed over the exist ad buttons to ensure you accidentally install random apps onto your phone. Pandora is one of the ads that I have seen on this app that does this. It is extremely unsafe to have a form of advertisement that can instantly install onto your phone simply because you swiped wrong or clicked wrong. I do not recommend for safety reasons.
