TheFrog is a simple and funny weather forecast application that provides reliable forecast and always gives you a good mood, even in bad weather.

I love this cute frog weather app. The simpler former versions were very accurate and worked well. Oh, and it was free without ads! This version, I work around the ads, and it is buggy. I have to select "detect my location" for it to update, as updating automatically when I open the app is inconsistent. Accuracy now isn't as good. (But perhaps the cause of that has to do with lack of funding for source information nowadays? 🫣) Formerly better, but still preferred over other apps I've tried.

Used to be much better. Now, there are full screen adds that pop up with no way to get out of them. The ads don't disappear after a time. They are mult-layered ads. They can lock up your phone for a long time. *UPDATE* Developer responded and advised they are working to remove interstitial ads. I give 5 stars for developer's quick response and would give 5 stars for app w/o interstitial ads.

After sending the following message, the metioned problem was solved quickly. Thank you for the quick action/reaction. It was very useful till four days ago. Since then I haven't been able to see the weather info on this app. It seems like this app has been hacked and everythings disappeared. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every day to get the weather information and this way is indeed unbearable. I hope the problem will be solved soon.
