Ratings and reviews

It's decent, however I find it rather appalling that they have so many unskipable ads that pop up when I'm trying to get an update on the movement of a nearby tornado. I get it, you want money, but maybe not at the expense of the lives of the people you rely on? Fix it. When inclement weather is around, automatically disable ads. This is ridiculous. As a Floridian, I wonder what in the WORLD you were thinking. Yeah, let's have them sit through an ad while a touchdown is occuring in their area.

Did not think this app could get any worse, and yet, it did. I work on a farm, the weather, temperature, humidity and all that good stuff is hugely important to me. From the very day I've had this app, it has shown me inaccurate readings that were far off from the actual numbers. And the ads being displayed on border boxes were fine, at least until they started forcing mobile pop-up ads that plague everything. Could never count on this app being reliable or user friendly.

The many recent negative reviews are accurate. For me, I have to wait minutes for radars to load, the minutely forecasts are wrong, and I can't trust current condition reports. Reviewers have been trying to tell 1W this for months without resolution. This used to be the best wx app on the market, but now feels like something fundamental has changed. I cancelled my paid subscription and have started looking elsewhere.
