Frustrating...Despite multiple calls to customer support, I still cannot sign in on the app. The site says it can't find my policy! My policy is active, and I'm trying to pay my bill. I am paralyzed because I can't even access my own account or documents. So, I'm about to waste another 45 mins and at least one phone transfer trying to find my info, get them to update it, hopefully pay my bill before I get cancelled, and pray it works this time. I'm switching companies today.

The General app is easy to use for checking my insurance coverage details and making my monthly payments. Although, my insurance monthly payments back in February, went from $76 per month to $100 per month when I renewed for this year, the app itself is good. But, the monthly increase is not good. But, just like everybody else in this Country, our Family has had to cut back on other things to accommodate for this monthly price increase.

Overall, if you can deal with the pricing of the company itself, the app is actually really smooth and convenient. Just about anything you can do with an agent, you can do yourself on this app. Make any policy changes, just quotes, get a copy of all your cards or just have access to the digital version to show. I didnt set up notifications except text payment reminders, and even that is just once, the dont pester me at all. High prices for terrible coverage, but really decent app.
