I've been using total AV for 6 or 7 years. honestly it does as it says and a little more. it is well worth going through all of the options and checks. sometimes the vpn won't work right away but I have found there is usually a reason for that and usually it's because I haven't updated it or ensured I have set it up correctly. in the past I have had to contact customer service and have always had help. it's worth the small fee and has kept my online life safe.

I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.

I have paid for a subscription but can't get it to work on my PC. It works on my phone. I dont remember my password and can't reset it as it shows it has been blocked. However it then says "contact us" but there doesn't seen to be any way of actually contacting anyone. The adblocker has been new and improved so now it's not blocking any ads. Really frustrating!!!!
