Connections take too long and not automatic. Even the "Fastest Connection" option keeps buffering and having to refresh 99% of the time. Would like to have a saved setting for frequently used locations at the top instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom for it every time. I had NorVPN for many years and liked it better. I tried TotalVPN out to see if it's any better, but, no. Unfortunately, I signed up for a year. Will not renew after this, unless changes are made.

as a VPN I have no problem but accessing your subs is a real pain and have to keep getting verification code via email which can take minutes to hours to come through. you have no idea what payment is upcoming and if your discount is applied to your next bill or not. today it confirmed £1.00 without me going through any checkout and said it would be renewing in 4 days so had to cancel as no idea how much it was going to renew for. offered me 3 months for £1 each but I've already paid £1.

Really temperamental solution, problems with connectivity, slow and sluggish. Also not really working as some countries are not detected correctly or not at all.
