Downloaded free app just to see the app and automatically started getting charged $9.99 a month ., I can't seem to find where in the app to stop payments is located, and the app has no way to contact them except by email, and that hasn't helped. I'm still trying to figure out how they got my debit card info to charge me. I only found out about it when I noticed a suspicious charge to my account. I thought I got it canceled in July, but nooooo here is the charge again in August.

We seem to having a lack of communication. I have been using your security system since you first offered it at $1.99. Since then it has been pd through Pay Pal . Two days ago I noticed an offer to download your app for android, I did, much to my dismay! I was immediately presented with a bill for $1.99. At that exact time there was no way to leave the screen and let your tech or whoever know I was not a new customer and had just got the new app. I've no more room so I'll email u.

Hi Suzi, thats strange and I am sorry about - we'll investigate. This does sound like browser notifications though, check out this video about turning them off: https://youtube.com/shorts/i33wLBNOP_c

I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.
