Installed it and set it up properly. It does indeed work as it should from my experience. My problem is that there are some basic things that you expect to be able to do, like downloading a recording of an incoming call, importing your contacts into the app so that you don't have to enter them manually, and etc. As another review states, you cannot record an outgoing call. UPDATE: 2019-03-16 - I found that by going to to the Trap all website you can download recorded audio files.

I attempted to contact customer service to let them know it was working. I received a reply stating that they had a large call volume and could not respond if still wasn't working. That was the reason for my email in the beginning. I am seriously considering canceling this service and looking for another. Fyi: I have installed and reinstalled the app as suggested previously but the number used to setup the phone is not recognized by the phone.

I was charged the $95 when it said 7 day free trial, then it didn't even let me set it up it kept saying unsuccessful. So I ended the trial the same moment and somehow I was charged. It's ridiculous that if I couldn't even set up my phone why would you charge me. Now I'm trying to get my money refunded but I can't unless I resuscribe. Frustrating
