It's good now. Set up is alittle clunky though edit 9/2025: serious issues with the most recent update. you must sign in twice, once to betold your session is locked and a second to get back on. it will alert you to a new call after you sign in to it, however if you try to view to call "your session is locked, sign out and back in again" every single time. cannot recommend until updates are made

Newest 3.0.1 update on 3/12/25 Bring back the old app, the new version is beyond awful. Need old default alert sound. Fingerprint login has been disabled. Unable to hold address to copy and paste, now we need to memorize and manually enter address in on map of your choice.

this program is stupid and terrible. One of our IT people apparently worked on creating this mess. It doesnt work, we ge t a gray screen now when selecting at destination. they said "oh it's not gonna be addressed until middle to late September, when the update comes out." STOP WITH THIS BULLSH!T. most of us just want simple things that they refuse to listen to (showing where other units are on a map, and messaging eachother) like a real CAD system. I just want a normal CAD system
