This was my favorite travel agent. But now, customer service is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot, and if it cannot answer your question, well, too bad. You'll be waiting in the chat box for nothing until the system kicks you out for no response. So only order things here that you have 100% of certainty. Anything else, ordering through the actual hotel or airline is probably a better route as you will end up dealing with them anyway for issues.

-2☆ for 1. CS: use bot and almost impossible to get in touch with an agent, even if the options doesn't help us. Complaints via email have no feedback either. 2. Traveloka Paylater: bill not due is not an excuse, CS will call you and ask you when you want to pay like you are very late. Fyi I have high tier in both traveloka and traveloka paylater, moreover I always pay my bills ontime.

Update: a lot of the options and menus in the app follow the IP address, not the phone's default language. With a lot of information in Thai, Traveloka is getting extremely confusing and complicated to use for non-Thai speaking foreign expats. Unnecessarily, I must add - the app used to be great, but now I'm seriously considering switching to a competitor:-(
