Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Made payment via paynow. My bank apps state payment when through but the klook app prompt error wants me pay again else stuck at payment page. So tried to ignore it and 10 minutes later recieved email that booking completed. Lucky I never pay again else got cheated. Not first time this error occurs. Seems like they didn't fix it.

Don't bother. Thought this would be a great way to purchase shinkansen tickets. Upon purchasing, the app immediately canceled my booking and refunded my account. When I asked customer support, they stated it wasn't an issue with my payment method (obviously), rather it was just something with the system. They "raised" the issue to upper management and did an "adjustment". They then told me to wait 1-2 hours before trying again and that it should work - it did not. Same issue. Dissapointing.
