The overall interface is good and easy to navigate. only concern is that the validity duration and bus details should be made highlighted... it's difficult to see the above details which are in small fonts in running bus. Conductors have to take the mobile in hands to check it most of the times...

why location is mandatory for qr code scanning, make it optional, if users needs they will enable location and you can provide the service. Leave the option to user whether to use that feature or not. Edit Even after deleting account I'm able to see old tickets. How is that possible if you had deleted my account. Something is fishy here.

My problem was that money was deducted from my account and was not added to my wallet. I talked to the support team and they thought they were ignoring me but my problem was solved within just 3 hours. Thanks team Tummoc
