About this app

University Hospitals (UH) MyChart is a personalized health app that helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With the UH MyChart app you can:
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and other health information.
• Communicate with your primary care team.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.
To access UH MyChart, you must create an account. Access is free and secure.

Ratings and reviews

The app is awesome! I can make/cancel/change appointments at my convenience. I like being able to view results from labs, xrays, & appointment notes. I'm able to contact my medical team for quick questions or refill requests. This app will not replace human interaction. It will make it easier to get what you need so those medical professionals can better assist patients in person. I appreciate my medical team when they're focused on me either in person or in app!

Interface is a bit clunky but pretty decent for the type of App it is (US Healthcare and Government Sites/Apps tend to be terrible). My main gripes are: - No App Bug Report or Suggestions Functions that I can find (which is what actually led me to write this review). - Bill Pay doesn't always work. - This is a huge issue especially since the Alternatives range from bad to worse. - I've had the same issues with the Web Version.

Our facility only recently switched, but so far I haven't really liked MyChart and Epic all that much. My lab results arrive quickly - which I like. And I like the way information is presented. But I like to have scan results before I see my provider so that I have a chance to go over them and formulate questions. That never happens!! Very frustrating. And I get far too many notifications and reminders that often are repetitive and contain inaccurate information. I hope it gets better.
