After 1 year of reporting the problem: still not solved despite the promises and updates: Iam using Samsung note 9 : the flash card page at the time of reading is quite small and at the time of writing, it keeps disappearing once the screen is changed for any reason( like recieving a call) and all the effort is lost and i have to repeat it again. Lastly, the keyboard covers ( overlapping) the lower part of the page to the degree I can no more see what Iam writing.

i can't open my account on the app it say Error authenticating user Subscription is past the expiration date or has not been purchased yet. Please try again. and when trying to login in the website it work

kinda annoying and expensive. oncourse and other apps feel much better
