The app doesn't work for me. I've tried several email addresses, deleting and reinstalling and way too much time with customer service and it won't let me sign up. It just keeps taking me back and forth from the app to my email, to the app to my email, to the app to my email. I have a friend sitting here with a unity card who has the same problem and no one can seem to help her either. Don't tell me to contact customer support because I already have and it was a waste of time.

Well, for the first time, I didn't receive a "Rock Star" treatment. I have been waiting for over 48 hours for Unity to fix my name in the app. I did the process, they gave me the card with my new last name at the hotel months ago. It looks like when I check in this Sunday, I'll have to spend time in line to fix this instead of being betting and having fun! Still hoping you fix this. Please, let me know what you can do. I'd give 0 if i could. I can't even use the app. Everytime I've tried to complete the online sign up it says Oops we're experiencing technical difficulties and to call or visit. I've contacted them countless times since October trying to get an update on when it will be fixed because I can't access my account. I had no problems with the wild card. Changing to this unity garbage was a huge mistake Hard Rock :(
