This app is now seemingly required to order food at some universal parks restaurants. It also requires creating an account (externally, via a website). There is no "guest" option, as is the norm for many other similar apps. Moreover, in the context of a very busy amusement park, phone service can be spotty at best and this app is poorly structured to deal with such issues. Lag is untenable and responsiveness is poor. Occasionally a refresh will finish, kicking you out of whatever you were doing

Up until the recent update, this was a passable app. The experience has since deteriorated. The biggest issue I have is that the wallet feature has become completely non functional. Cannot pull-up tickets or purchases, and the digital barcode for an annual pass just now spins and displays a content error.

I don't usually write reviews, but for this, I definitely will. Like most recent reviews here, there's definitely a big issue with this garbage app from the wallet to tickets, etc. I've contacted support twice and got nothing so far. I would like to think this is one of the perks of buying these expensive tickets is to kind of easily navigate and have access to what we purchase. Me personally It may be minor to others, but it just may make or break our yearly passes.
