Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours & schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.
Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate & email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager.
This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. Some Disney PhotoPass Lenses may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing.
Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases & will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
Before downloading, please consider that this app contains in-app purchases that cost real money. The app provides you with the option to receive push notifications for information relating to your visit to a Park or a Disney Resort hotel.

Hard to find what you need not user friendly for first time users. Even with the navigation tools at the bottom so many ads to purchase more, hard to find my reservations. Also difficult to navigate if you have more than one hotel room under the same family as they each get their own reservation number making it more cumbersome to navigate the entire trip as a whole entity.

Hi Amanda. Please check the bottom of our My Disney Experience app to find the navigational tabs. From left to right, you will find the Home Page with basic information about our offerings, the Map icon with search abilities, the (+) button for reservations; the Magnifying Glass is our search icon, and the Feature (☰) tab Itinerary and Profile.

Good ideas in this app but the payment processing is a major problem if you don't have a card set up ahead of time. In response to Disney's suggestion: this is exactly what I did. Even with all the information filled in and double-checked correct it would not let me click the button to proceed at the bottom. I canceled and restarted the process twice after the first try and none of those attempts were successful. It was possible to complete via a computer and the web site though.

Horrible app to navigate. It toggles you between the app and website, and data doesn't transfer over. It's almost impossible to find the reservation link with it hidden behind different tabs, unless you know where to find it. Disney needs to take a hint from Universal's app, which is so much easier to navigate and less hassle-free.

With this release, Tip Board can tell you if you are eligible to:

Move between Walt Disney World Resort theme parks on the same day.
Choose a Lightning Lane arrival window for select attractions.
Make individual Lightning Lane purchases.

We introduced car locator to help save your parking information.

We also fixed bugs and improved overall app performance.
