almost 1 year I try to give documents they needed to unlock my account but keep rejected. My money stuck in this app and can't withdrawl it because the stupid registration

Very simple UI is a plus, but too limited currency either in diversity or trade quantity make this app quite lacking. You need ID verification for trading, that understandable, but you need bank account for deposit and withdrawal crypto coins, that excessive. There are better app out there if you want to get better experience in crypto trading.

Simple and best crypto trading app ever!! unfortunately trading on this app for ID market not interesting anymore. cannot making any deposit made the trading volume drop to the bottom! so sad. I think they not accept new trader anymore. this been tooo long. I guess they don't want to have any business in ID market. my favorit trading app seems will gone. bye Upbit!
