This app is so frustrating because every time I use it, the tests freeze and then force close. I have lost on out on a considerable amount of money due to this issue, and nothing is done about it. FIX YOUR APP!!! *EDIT* I have attempted to complete the same test five different times in one day, and every single time the app crashes and closes out. This is costing testers money, as well as costing the companies paying for this service valuable feedback.

I have been a member of UserTesting for several months and love the service. I have no issues using my computer, and until recently the app was fine. Now it crashes all the time and I get an error message "Something Went Wrong..." when I log in. After I answer questions, it spins and spins forever, sometimes loading the rest of the tests and sometimes getting stuck. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app... didn't help. They need to fix this!

Normally works great with plenty of opportunities to earn. Lately keep getting a message saying "something went wrong, please try again" between each screener. It's getting annoying. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still happens. If I close the app for a minute or 2 and open it back up the message disappears but than once again after I do a screening, get that message again and have to do the same thing again. Never had this issue until recently. Please fix it!!
