you can get better service for much less money. they let you remove backgrounds from pictures (25 monthly for more than 200 hundred dollars a year) but you can get unlimited for free in some app, like eBay. when you have a problem listing (which happens often for same reasons) they ask a lot of questions, screenshots, etc....) like if they would not know.. I. mean this happens very often!

Numerous issues the last 6 weeks. I've contacted support and they keep telling me to do the same things over & over w/ no actual fix. Sales Detection only works if you have Vendoo up on your browser (on a desktop, mind you) 24/7) and 3 of my 7 platforms continuously give me errors when I try to list new items. It tells me to try again later. Can't send them screenshot ls because is also an issue saying I haven't given Vendoo photo access, yet it can access photos to list items. Waste of money!

I had high hopes for this app. It's a great idea, but there are way too many bugs trying to list to multiple sites, especially Mercari. Constantly have to reconnect to the platforms. It doesn't delist items that sell like it is supposed to, which will eventually affect my ratings on the platforms, which is too high of a risk for me to take. I will most likely cancel my subscription as the app is supposed to save time, but is actually adding frustration and stress in my life.
