app itself is great, you have to be diligent about what your bidding on though. pay very close attention to the pictures of the item to gage the condition of the item your bidding on. also be sure to research items. ive found several instances where the item can be purchased new on sale for a very small difference in retail/auction price.

Review is for app. Didn't buy anything yet, so not reviewing customer service, items, wait time. The reason-tried to bid and swiped slider all the way right. No matter how slow/fast, it wouldn't take my bid. When auctions were about to end, this got even worse by changing to another screen and then back to watch list page, still not taking my bid. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. Left voicemail addressing issue. Will update when I get a response.

Nothing is checked properly before sold and you CANNOT return items. everything is as is. What I mean by everything is not checked properly is. I bought two electric lawn mowers. A major piece to those is the batteries. Neither had batteries. A few other items missing the main pieces any competent person who looks at the box can see they are missing. Their 3 day policy is absurd. I lost a lot of money because I work and was waiting till Saturday hours to pick up and didn't know about it yet.
