app itself is great, you have to be diligent about what your bidding on though. pay very close attention to the pictures of the item to gage the condition of the item your bidding on. also be sure to research items. ive found several instances where the item can be purchased new on sale for a very small difference in retail/auction price.

Review is for app. Didn't buy anything yet, so not reviewing customer service, items, wait time. The reason-tried to bid and swiped slider all the way right. No matter how slow/fast, it wouldn't take my bid. When auctions were about to end, this got even worse by changing to another screen and then back to watch list page, still not taking my bid. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. Left voicemail addressing issue. Will update when I get a response.

Love mac.bid, awesome finds for things you didnt even know you wanted or needed. The only downsides are, its pretty much a role of the dice with things since they're sold "as is" with very little detail information or sometimes no picture at all of the exact item your buying other then the same generic title and picture that is listed on amazon or other websites. The other downside is having to pick up within 3 days and them not being open on the weekend. With that in mind, its still addicting!
