Bought an item that was tagged as "Open Item". Even though the item was clearly damaged, they did not list it as "Damaged". The pictures they posted were not of the particular item I purchased so as to hide the damage to make sure this item sold. Once you buy it, even though they knew it was damaged and hid the damage, you're stuck with it. They got a little bit of a scam going on here.

Scamming company! I've purchased well over 100 items from them in the last year. At the beginning the items were pretty decent. Lately, more and more of what they sell is pure junk! Last time I bought, 5 of the 6 items I bought were trash! I am amazed they are not embarrassed to even put them up for sale! They take deceptive pictures, and instead of marking them as "damaged", they say "open box" and unless you buy their insurance, you are stuck! Looking for savings and decent products? Not here!

This company is auctioning a lot of decent items, but it seems that in time their items are getting worse by the day. Expect about 20-30% of pure trash, items that instead of going into the garbage, they choose to auction it off to the next sucker. It you take into consideration how much you end up throwing away, you realize that you are not really saving that much after all. They take strategic pictures so you rarely see the damage and if you don't purchase their insurance, you are stuck.
