app itself is great, you have to be diligent about what your bidding on though. pay very close attention to the pictures of the item to gage the condition of the item your bidding on. also be sure to research items. ive found several instances where the item can be purchased new on sale for a very small difference in retail/auction price.

Review is for app. Didn't buy anything yet, so not reviewing customer service, items, wait time. The reason-tried to bid and swiped slider all the way right. No matter how slow/fast, it wouldn't take my bid. When auctions were about to end, this got even worse by changing to another screen and then back to watch list page, still not taking my bid. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. Left voicemail addressing issue. Will update when I get a response.

This app is great! In the two years that I've been using MAC.BID, I've only had one issue with an item I bidded on. Other than that, I've gotten some great items from them. I will continue to go to MAC.BID and think everyone should give it a try! One thing I will add, if you are able to go view the item or items you want to bid on, do it to make sure you know if their are parts missing, dents, or scratches that you don't mind it having.
