the crashing seems to have been fixed but the app still has fundamental issues. namely, losing cart items during the sign in processes (which you will need to do frequently) and lack of search ability to find those items you spent too long shopping for. also, even though woot is now an Amazon product, you still need to price compare because it's often cheaper on Amazon.

Many times items you add to your cart will be removed because you will have to re-sign in at least once, even worse when the items are limited amount items and you miss out on them because of it. They refuse to fix these issues, instead they attempt to be humorous about it. This applies to both the app and website with Amazon Sugn In.

the functionality and ease of use are substandard. the app glitches like crazy. woot often throws me out, looses the contents of my shopping cart, leads to product pages that say they're restricted so I can't access and can't purchase the items. there's no search option so fine tuning the shopping is not possible. some of the sales are great. humorous comments from the developers are entertaining.
