Terrible app. I can never get logged into it to purchase or make a payment. My passwords are never recognized and I have to change them every time I try to log in, sometimes multiple times. I used to love shopping online with VS but this app has completely ruined that. The 800 number isn't much better, I couldn't even get to my account info. Hopefully I can make my payment before it's due.

Horrible credit card. Never turn on auto pay. It has ruined my credit and I've NEVER been late. The auto pay messed up my credit and took money out and there was an error in their end. Unwilling to fix or tell me it wasn't taking money fully and sending it back. Waited a month for them to fix this issue and they tell me they won't. A one time grace. I've never been late on any bills. Will never respect vs after how I've been treated after being a customer here for over 10 years.

I was unable to have delivered to store we have two different large stores in Wichita. It's ridiculous for me to have to pay shipping cost when I will be going to the mall anyway and could easily pick up my order. Also haven't been getting offers i used to get for specials for having the credit card and being long time loyal customer. Not sure how much longer I will be either.
