The apps user journey is not the best. Login needs a mob num but doesnt say drop the 0 to login, the app is very slow showing voda logo more than the data, you resolve a data breach the app shuts down, data breach data doesn't always show exactly what PII was found, antivirus scanning needs perms for the app to delete anything but no quarantine settings and how much is posted to the cloud for scanning? Not a good, Lookout & sophos x are both free and more configurable. More UAT testing needed.

Useless since last update recently. Everytime I try and use it it comes up authentication error. You send me a new code but as soon as i enter it same thing happens. Please can you look into this. Tried everything, app Up to date but no point in having it if I can't use it 😕

Since the latest update 11 May 2024 every time I go to log in it's saying Authentication error. My phone is up to date I have tried everything and it's still not working, I pay for this service so I'm very disappointed so get this sorted. App working now back to being brilliant again
