Easy to use app but needs improvements. ~The images do not capture well requiring you to have to process checks multiple times for mobile depositing. ~Money orders are not read correctly and the app changes the value entered for deposit or will not accept them at all. ~The app does not allow screen shots which would be beneficial to capture an image of items either deposited or paid as well as items that may have been returned by a customer to provide better customer service.

I have been a customer of Wallis Bank for 7 years ,a smaller bank, that really take cares about their customers, if they see something out of the ordinary or unusual, they would call or text you making you aware of what is going on, and sometimes , they'll put a hold on the account, until they get in touch with you. I am familiar with the few tellers that they have, and they never fail to acknowledge me by my name when I come into their bank. Great people, and they care about their clients.
