BEWARE: I have used this app for years and have always had a decent experience. Today, I showed up for the parking I had booked and the parking operator said they didn’t have any space and that they had told Way to take them off of their platform. Way was AWFUL with after the fact service. First of all, they have ZERO contact info in the app (check your email receipt for it), and they make it VERY difficult to get a refund, using just copy/paste responses. Check Google reviews before you book.

I've used ways for a long time, but since the pandemic has changed. Theres different taxes added. So if it's 49$ for 5 days after u book. It's now 65$. Be very careful. If u have a large vehicle, you will be charged $5, $7, or even $10 extra. It's in the fine prints that most of us don't read. So be aware & read the fine prints on the lot you choose.NYC jfk, the free shuttle is dropping u off at the train. Charging extra for terminal dropoff due to construction.

They don’t care about your experience. The parking lot I made a reservation was full and didn’t let me in. I had to rush to other places like crazy not to miss the flight, eventually parked at the airport garage at $70 per day. Now I have to pay almost three times more than I initially paid and could have easily missed the flight and ruined the vacation. When I reached out to them they had audacity to ask for ‘proof’ without saying any apology. Very disappointing and unreliable service.
