I enjoy this app, and it's super easy to use. However, there is 1 BIG problem iv come across while learning how to secure my crypto. Webull Pay doesn't let you transfer your assets to a digital wallet. Which is a huge red flag for me. Keeping my money in an exchange is risky and I tried emailing them multiple times, asking when transfer will be available and I get no real answer on a time frame of when it'll be available. Thats really disappointing

Does not allow you to sign in with my existing Webull account. needed to make a separate webull pay account which is impossible on this app. does not accept any form of ID I upload no matter how clear the picture is and because they limit you to three tries it's so frustrating to just set up an account and have them take my money but they can't even verify my ID, why should I trust them to hold onto money anymore.

Useless. It keeps saying ID is expired and needs to be updated even though it is not. When I try to update it a million times, the camera on the app is somewhat blurry. Needs an option where you can just upload a photo if the camera on the app cannot be fix. Because it's certainly not the camera on my phone coz it's perfectly clear when I take pictures outside the app. I cant wait to pull out all my money from webull.
