Ratings and reviews

The app periodically locks me out and tells me I don't have a subscription, despite me having paid for it through the app store. Resolved only by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Some days it doesn't seem to download the latest edition of the Western Mail. All in all the quality is pretty poor, especially for an app you have to pay for.

I'm desperately trying to find a good Welsh news provider that has a decent app. This just isn't it. This format of having a newspaper in picture form where you have to zoom in & out is terrible. Just go with tile form like everyone else. Also, it's built for an older Android version? Charging for news content in this day & age is crazy unless you're a really big hitter, & £7.99 pm is extortionate. Go with a different business model. Please take this on board, I want you to be more successful.
