This app tries to do everything -- it doesn't need to. Homepage is too cluttered and visually distracting. No need to show all customers railcards, best fares and updates across ALL lines - personalise or pare back. Plan and buy section is pretty good, but cannot show etickets in app and the journey to add them to wallet/get a pdf is convoluted. Refund journey seems poor. Live trains nice and simple. My tickets a mess. Menu repeats the tabs at the base, why? Are all features really used?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We have a feature that lets you customise your home screen if you feel that the homepage has too much information. Simply click on the settings icon in the upper right corner and you can select which ones to show. We are also working on a few upgrades to enhance the ticket management process. Thank you.

The below is getting super annoying. I almost stopped using this app even though it was my preferred one of the The Trainline one ______ I'm not sure what happened with the app. It reacts super slow. And now it doesn't respond when tapping 'later trains' option either. I've started to use the The Trainline app, even though I much preferred this app for local travels.

The experience is really poor. I needed to buy a day return, on the day. Selecting the outbound bit was fairly easy because I was within an hour of departure, but the return option required me to navigate through about 5 pages, with each needing to be loaded. A better option would either be more train options on a single page (10 - 15) or all of them.
