The app is awesome. I really have no complaints, just some ideas I'm sure other app users would love too 1) Catalog Draft. Sometimes I'm creating a catalog then have to respond to a customer in between, and because I didn't complete the catalog before leaving now I have to start all over again. It would be great if I could pick up from where I stopped. Even better if the draft options would be synced between devices. 2) a windows version of this app, just like the web version.

Comparing this to whats app, overall it does not seem to have any improvements, google assistant can't find it and tries to log me in to WhatsApp (personal) which is a pain when driving and needing to send a message or make a call. I cannot group conversations into a folder to easier keep track and be able to message mutiple parts of my bussiness easily. AND I cannot find a desktop app. So overall I'm struggling to see the benefit of this app.

Whatsapp business is very helpful, but after the recent update, i am not able to upload a status getting the error (couldn't send) it's really frustrating. I've been trying for 2 or 3 days and facing the same issue. Plus when sending a broadcast for my client sometimes it crash and cannot send to the same. Broadcast list again...
