Hardly works on public Wi-Fi - US When I first downloaded this app 3 mos ago to use for browsing or using apps on public or unsecured internet (Wi-Fi) in the US it worked pretty good - about 80% of the time smooth and few problems. In the last month it works about 25% when attempting to launch after confirming Wifi. Sometimes it will give an error, other times it will give none, yet no data is transferring, as if you never connected to a network at all. About ready to uninstall altogether.

After I got connected I observed that my internet connection was still slow and there was a time it even stop and show no internet even if I am seating in front of my wifi, then I disconnected the VPN and I couldn't reconnect to it again, maybe because they have gotten information that they want to steal. If it will still continue not working, I will let you know and for now I don't recommend this app. Update: after I posted that first review I was able to reconnect it in seconds and just 1 try

I decided just leaving the word great, was unfair. This app, is painless to use and doesn't hound users with horrible ads for a short time limit. Also, it doesn't cost a additional 12.99 monthly like all the other services that do the exact same thing. Thank you to the developers for making this simple to use and for everyone.
