I'll stick to the original that I paid for rather than paying another 2,5$ for this. As they say, it's only a redesign. This would be ok if the original app wasn't plugging this one that's the same but wants more money. The app itself? Great! That's why it gets more stars. I wouldn't use anything else for simple network analysis! It's superb! My verdict? There's no point in spending more money on this if you have the original. If not, look at both apps & buy the one w/ the interface you like!

lan scanner is broke does not get all devices the old one works but has no host name info

Great app.But you have to know a little bit about what you're doing period if you can't if you don't there's plenty of information out there
