Useful but could be more helpful! I appreciate being able to keep my passes here (especially when I have to show it to the fare check people) BUT I do wish I could understand everything it tells me. I live in Wien but I don't speak or read German. When something happens (like a tram or train delay) I can look in the app and see that the information is in there but it's also in German and I can't even select the text to put in a translator. Either add language support or let me copy text.

“The payment was declined by the payment processor. Please try again shortly. (Code: 141)” This error is a lie. My bank did not even receive an attempted charge. There are also too many hoops to jump through to get to the payment failure message in the new ticket shop. In the old ticket shop, I could make payments just fine. Do you want Schwarzfahrer? Because this is how you get Schwarzfahrer.

The app is a bit clunky. 'Add passenger' when buying tickets doesn't work. Each has to be added to the cart one by one. I had a hard time understanding the listed options for a given search, especially as a tourist. I found Ljubljana's Urbana app more intuitive. A visual representation (map) would be nice to have. When searching places by name, would be great to limit the suggestions to Wien. I mistakenly bought 2 day passes for the same day and was able to get the 2nd order cancelled.

• Attention: Routes created with older versions of WienMobil can no longer be opened.
