The only problem I have with wingo is that buying a ticket can be tricky because they auto-add options, such as seat selection and baggage, and it's not immediately clear how to switch the options off, having to hunt through the page to see what's adding the additional fees and how to remove. Good experience with the airline otherwise. Cancun to Medellin and back twice now. No problems for me or anyone else on the flight. Easy going, no stress.

Extremely dificult to book flights. If you are lucky enough to get some of your data entered, it may all disappear when you try to go back for corrections. Developers should look at other travel sites for inspiration. Others that work great and are easy to use are copa, spirit, american, and united.

Amazing. It does not let me pay for the extra luggage I will be carrying...and on top of that, it does not allow me to do online check in because I have an outstanding balance! So I pay more, both for the luggage at the counter and due not having done check in.... Genius
