I love flying with Avianca—their tagline “the sky belongs to all of us” really resonates, and their in-flight service easily deserves 10 stars. The staff is friendly, the rates are fair, and I appreciate the seating options. That said, the app still crashes too often, and the website—while improving over the past 6 months—can be frustrating, especially when trying to make changes. Long phone wait times don’t help either. Still, I’m hanging in there because the flying experience makes up for it.

The plane ride was comfy and everyone in the plane was nice. But the website, app, and customer service need a LOT of work. We weren't able to add additional bags for the cheaper price prior to the flight, gave error message everytime. Couldn't check in for the same reason from this app or the website so we had to at the airport. When we paid the addional money, the girl didn't give us our change when we were scrambling with documents. Had to ask for it back.

Does not work on Galaxy S21. I had it on my old Galaxy S8 and it worked fine. Installed and tried to get it to work on a new Galaxy S21 and it simply won't get past the Privacy page. It keeps reloading for me to check the two boxes and accept the terms, which I have done multiple times but still nothing. Yes, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Also clearing the memory and restarting the phone. It just won't work.
