Failry poor user experience, as I have to manually type in the code to the web app. Previously with SMS and automatic code recognition the code was automatically copied into the clipboard and could be synchronised with the PC and pasted directly into the browser. Other apps allow to accept directly. In addition, every so often the code is wrong and I need to restart the login process to receive a new code

The app has one purpose, to log into your e-banking account on your computer, but it doesn't work. After having been i contact with tech support, they've told me they're aware of the bug, but haven't fixed it yet. Will switch to UBS soon, at least these guys know how to make an app that works.

I have been using it for several months now and it has always worked flawlessly. I'm glad that they provide a second factor that cannot be easily intercepted (in contrast to mTAN). Also great to have the ability of registring multiple devices. Changing device and adding a new device worked as well.
