TLDR: Ok for very basic stuff. Unable to add identifical id to payments and even see ones on payments made on web. This makes the app useless for payments which require for example client's ID. Another flaw is terrible .CSV export format. This is not how database export should be formated... Unable to customize UI etc. UX is not good for 2025.

changing the paymentdate for an ebill is tricky as there are three "edit" buttons on one page and you have to pick the correct one. Re ZKB support, thanks for the quick answers here, though it's currently not the case that it's the pen at the top corner. I would like to send you screenshots, however your app doesn't allow screenshotting....

Update: Our tests were successful - if you still can't change the payment date, we'll need more information to analyze the issue. Please send us a message in the app or contact us at 0844 840 140.
You can change the payment date for an eBill by selecting the edit icon (in the shape of a pen) at the top right of the screen before you approve it.

The new update makes this app quite a bit worse. On the main page I can only see my savings account, rather than my main account (this seemingly can't be changed). This also means that whenever I scan a QR code, the wrong account is set as a default, so I have to spend a minute each time changing details. It's been around 6 months now like this, so I guess they aren't going to fix this either.
