The app is currently unusable. As a returning customer, the app freezes at the same point at the end of the policy application, and it will not allow you to continue. I have a Pixel 8 with the latest software, and I have cleared the cache/storage every time. And it's not just android, I tried my wife's iPhone and the exact same thing happened. Hopefully it's resolved soon

I'm trying to download my documents to show to Uber and just eat. The app keeps asking for storage permissions. there is no setting for this. clearly, there is an issue with the app. i have paid 25 pounds and have been unable to use these funds due to an error with the app. Waiting on live chat over an hour. Quick to take my money. Wish your customer service was just as quick and efficient as your payments system!!!! Seems as though this is a scam app, please be aware people

The most unprofessional support team and company, I have over 3 hours in a queue by the phone. In the app I'm waiting for over 2 and a half hour to be transferred to live agent, the app is not working to renew your policy and is suggesting to call or to use the app that is not working properly. I'm not recommending this app/company because of this issues and the fact that they are more expensive than others, only plus they have is that they work with most of the application.
