After reading the reviews, it is very hard to see how this app has been given anything above 1 star reviews! I have downloaded the app, having to change a the permissions on my phone. Then when was able to eventually open the app, I couldn't create an account; it kept coming up with an error on the with IMEI or password which is written in the instructions! I love the idea... its a shame it doesn't do what it is meant to!

Lol this one from Aliexpress is not like the original I had 1. Doesn't bind "000" 2. Doesn't reset "FACTORY#" Instead get an error msg stating that only SOS numbers can disarm it ,What? Lol cannot put the + in the country code for you to save as SOS number 🤣 3. Have to keep pulling and inserting Sim so it stays online 😆 4. App is completely useless shows nothing only a map of China 5. No Light to know if its functioning 6. No memory card slot 7. No microphone but it does say zero gps 😂

Awful. Should be called zero support, not zerogps. Contacted Google Play supplied email address several times but no response. paid 3 year subscription and software not working properly. Bought new hardware and tried to get software changed over to the new hardware to make sure the gpstracker wasn't faulty, but off course, there was no response, just requests for more money from the Zerogps. Must request my money back, but no doubt will be ignored as well.
